i'm trying to study for my final exams
but i'm also trying to lose weight

i want to be able to take some nodoz (caffeine tablets with glucose binding in them) (general or nodoz+ with extra vitamins)
so i can study 'well' however i don't want this to affect my weight loss

does anyone know if the glucose/caffeine in nodoz specifically will reset my fast? or you know what i mean etc

would be good to know because i plan on studying quite a bit at night when i'm half fasted!!! and then going gym in the morning when im still fasted!!
taking nodoz 1 or 2 tablets at each of these events usually!

HNF gimme answers pls, factual statistical pls, broscience also welcome

the glucose in the capsule is what im worried about, they don't say how much, i guess its less than the needed amount to go from fasting state to absorptive state then.
serious questions coz i do physiology and pharmacology just haven't gone into these specifics :/

sorry if dumb questions, but i thought a certain amount of calories can switch fast to absorp state
and wasn't sure how many cals in nodoz, thats all!

I'd be more worried about the calories in ur bfs semen on your late night 'study sessions' in the lonely library

So its the general concensus that nodoz dont break my fasting metabolism into absorptive metabolism due to the glucose and since there is so little calories??

Don't even smell carbohydrates during the fast or it's done, BROKEN. The CHO content of your caffeine pills shouldn't be the slightest bit of concern if you're trying to lose weight...

You should stop trying to answer questions and stick to extremely hit or miss jokes.

does everyone here commenting/answering understand the mechanism of intermittent fasting though?
wow
im asking if the calories and or what ever else is in the NODOZ tablets will break my fasting!!
i don't want to have dinner at around 5pm, then have a nodoz at 10pm and break my fast meaning i only fasted for 5hours, or then again in the morning at 10am when i go to the gym!
does this make sense ?
not angry just confused by these answers completely throwing me
