DANGER ok. I'm 5.5 200 pounds a fatass ima start running but before I can I must start slow anyone with suggestions ? I would go to the gym but no time I'm a busy guy irl. I'm thinkin working out at home I'd like to lose 40 pounds in half year any diet suggestions? I eat real good everyday basicly buffet everyday gotta change starting today! Help!

eat the same thing you normally eat, just a bit less.

Yes ima eat alot less fuken sweets like candy m chocolate always seam to come for deserts
