Never done much incline barbell press up until today. Usually the only incline barbell I do is after flat barbell which obviously I'm pretty tired by that point. But today...I started with incline barbell bench and I noticed I'm just as strong (if not a little stronger) than I am on flat bench. Is that weird?

Not necessarily weird. It was the case with me. The angle just seemed to give me better leverage, eg foot drive.

If anything they're probably just doing 24/7 ass off the seat reps on incline like the idiots at my gym. Not that you guys are idiots.

Incline is a sort of hybrid between bench and OHP. You should be stronger in bench. If you aren't stronger in bench then stop doing incline and start doing bench correctly.

This.... if you have a strong OHP you will have a strong incline.
