So i was curious what my proportions should look like as a bodybuilder, since ive always been trying to achieve a solid look.

Looked up Frank Zanes measurements.

Arms : 18 inches

Chest : 51 inches

Waist : 29 inches

Thighs : 26 inches

Calves : 16.5 inches

Wrist : 6.5 inches

Neck : 17.5 inches

Ankle : 8 inches

And i was like, hrmm... My waist will never be 29 inches, i think at its smallest it was 31 inches, and i had a six pack at the time. But my wrist is 6.5 and my ankle is also 8. So i wanted to know where the rest of me should fall based on these stats.

And according to that, im already at or passed all of my "goal" measurements. Fuck that, im still way to small for that to be true.

same thing, my arms are already bigger then 15 inches, thighs 22, shit they're already 25, and i will never have a 29 inch waist, wtf...

Then i notice down the page, i found the "Reeves" calculator.

This is slightly better, but according to it, again, im still nearly at the calculated goal stats.

Am i actually going to look like one of the "old school" bodybuilders in a year like these are saying, or am i so obsessed with the "bigger is better" mentality that ive lost sight? (Note, frank zane had same size wrists, but his arms were reportedly 18 inches. Probably closer to 17.5 but regardless, and he had a smaller waist then i do. I think these are off)

What are you guys getting for results?

vouch. my measurements would be pointless at this point as im just bulking up this winter and gonna work on gettin lean before summer.

Well it was more or less what all bodybuilders use today. Was supplements and shit that most bodybuilders in that day didnt do. He did have a bachelors in some science as well.

Just googled him, went to his wiki, he taught Math and Chemistry for 13 years.

He knew what he was talking about and what he was taking in. Apparently it was amino acids and other shit.
