Yah it's a little low on volume but I much prefer the lower 3-5 rep ranges. Plus I'll do 5+ reps on the last set (for the 5/ portion) and on the 3 day I do some heavy ~85-90% singles after my last set.
I'm only one week in to his 5/3/1 powerlifting variation so we shall see. I'm going to give it 3-4 cycles to see if it brings me up from my little stall.
