My occupation is rather labor intensive. Over the last week I've been experiencing a pinching sensation followed by a wave of rather painful heat all the way through my bicep. I was told this was tendinitis or possibly a pinched nerve, most likely, no medical "quick fix" for the problem. Any way, I'm moving around 5 - 10 tons a day of product with my hands, there's no way around it, I gotta work, but it's getting to the point that I'm struggling with pain on a consistent basis. Any one been in a similar situation that could give me some tips to keep my fucking shoulder from detaching from the rest of my body?

See your dr

Guys like vivilol could have better advice but, I assume RICE is applicable (rest, ice, compression, elevation).

Also, applying Deep Heat to the affected areas Before working could help ease pain/ further dmg.

You're shoulder wont detached from the rest of ur body, the tendon is inflamed is all. Still works just fine.

Problem is the only real solution is time off. When i had bad tendonitis in my forearm from doing dem curls for the gurls erryday for months on end, it took 3 months of not lifting for it to completely go away.

Solution, you'll have to find a new job most likely, sucks, but the pain will only increase.
