I made up my own routine
I'm doing this four times a week til I'm prepared to do drop negatives

I'm preparing to join the military and I'm an out of shape fatty currently
5'11" and 185 lbs
mostly body fat
not much muscle mass except for legs

What do you think of this routine? Any tweaks someone would make

Bent over rows
6 sets of 10 alternating overhand and underhand grip
Wide grip push ups 2 sets of 10
Lap pull down 3 sets of 10 alternating forward and back
Dumbell row 3 sets of 10
Incline dumbell bench press 2 sets of 10
Decline dumbell bench press 2 sets of 10
Pike pushups 2 sets of 10
Barbell curls wide curls 2 sets of 10
Barbell close grip curls 2 sets of ten

Then ab circuit
60 second plank
20 flutter kicks of each leg
And 25 crunches
Without stopping
60 second break
And repeat 3 times

For the most part I'm capping whatever weights my body can do to complete the sets

He already has mass legs, so no need to train them.

Anyone who knows anything will tell you not to make your own routine.

Follow a popular proven routine and results won't even compare.
