do u alternate between high and low bar? i was doing more of a low bar style with good form but today i decided to try out high bar for some lighter sets and fuckin loved it (i think it required less shoulder mobility too)...torso was way more upright and i got deep af...i feel like it could be beneficial to maybe do high bar for high reps and low bar for more lower-mid rep ranges? or go low bar for the heavier sets? what do u all do usually?

i need to do these but i feel uncomfortable doing them. plus im still working on the back squat still. i dont have the wrist mobility to hold the bar i'd have to sit it on the front delts and it feels like it wants to roll off lol

Yea wrists hurt at first, but that quickly goes away. I hate front squatting with it on my front delts ... That pose sucks ass, you're right about it feeling like it wants to roll off ...

You can try using straps to hold bar when doing front squats and then move to the regular means after (2 fingers). I used straps for a while, but I love using 2 fingers now.

I like front squats better cause I can get deeper ... And it's a lot easier to stay up right (straight back).

I should try back squatting again though.

sounds like a good idea to me. also, i was using chains on bench today and it was pretty sweet. how well do chains work with squats?

helps build outwards momentum in explosive squats, if you're into pl'ing at all.

Don't really need any accommodating resistance but if it adds a fun factor go for it
