so i did like 10 bicep curls this evening and my forearm and bicep muscles both started to spasm and cramped up. wtf

first time lifting weights in like 3 months but i never had this kind of cramps b4! omg is this manapause? wat do
i drink water like all day long so i dont think im dehydrated but maybe wow

i vaguely recall that either potassium or calcium helps with it?

potassium is correct. Coaches used to tell me to eat bananas after my first day of 3-a-days for football. I would cramp up so hard and my calf would just lock up after a couple hills lol.

Are you still playing PS3? Use of outdated electronics can lead to intense muscle pain and cramps.
