diet v regular pop/energy drinks

tried just not drinking them but apparently I am addicted to caffeine and have no will power. heard a lot of things about diet beverages not being good for you either and possibly even worse than regular
just wondering what input you guys had as I really don't keep up with things like that a ton, just feel like this is a change I could possibly do and then work towards none at all eventually. if only I liked coffee...

thanks

diet soda is the one thing i have not had the willpower to quit

i lost like 100 lbs and have been drinking diet soda the entire time, but it's still crap for you

definitely better than regular soda though

unless you plan on going on stage and being under 5% bodyfat, keep on drinking them. just limit yourself to 1-2 a day

I used to drink a monster a day just recently stopped, on 3 weeks without one. Once you get past one week it is pretty easy.

Aspartame.

there's also Zevia which uses stevia instead of aspartame. watch out for the xylitol though or you'll have a surprise on the toilet if you drink too many

if it's caffeine you're addicted to, just take caffeine pills and water.
