I started a muscle/strength building plan 2 months ago. im 6' 170 lbs. I still consider myself skinny but tone. My trainer said I need to consume around 2800-3500 calories a day as well as my required protein intake. Is "Advocare Performance Elite Post workout recovery" (2 scoops 38g carbs 230 calories 12g protein per scoop) a good supplement for me post workout as well as a random shake in between meals?

a 700 calorie range very nice
for a post workout shake just get regular whey and throw some oats in it if you want carbs, adds a nice texture to your shake imo
