eh, there are micro truths and there are full blown exaggerations.
it's convenience, nothing more. it has long term health benefits and life span longevity research backing, but that's pretty much it. it won't get you hulk mode or anywhere near notable in terms of increased muscle mass or a lot faster fat loss.

i advocate it but let's keep it real tea.

As for the specific inquiry on GH, the increase isn't enough to make a hugely significant difference at all.

IF is great but it is exaggerated. I think it's definitely optimal for health, especially for those of us not wanting to stay in a caloric deficit and it hepls with hunger/satiety regulation.. beyond that, the benefit isn't too marked or anything.
