Thoughts?

I am on day #6 of 90. My muscles are crying, can barely walk, can't open protein buckets. So sore!

Been in the gym 1.5 years.

Squat 285
Bench 245
Deadlift 405
OHP 165

But I am lifting 10-40 pounds with this program and am dying. WTF

6'4'' 216 pounds

This guy makes you do 100-300 reps per muscle with light weight and no rest. Just killer, but I feel swole.
