If anyone wants the run down on the hire process goes like this:
-Apply online, wait for Email for first interview date and time.
-First interview - group or single interaction with a supervisor and sometimes a supervisor in training.
Questions asked - What do you know about chipotle? Availability? Describe a little about yourself? Describe yourself in one word? (mixed in random questions that i forgot)
-Second interview - Not being asked questions at all!
You will be walking around and striking convo with the whole staff and making them feel comfortable about you working with them. (I asked about each of them their names, about what it was like when they started, a description of what task they were currently doing and what recipe is used ect......then asked their name again and said ill see you later) (I should have said I look forward to working with you, to make a bigger impression and show confidence but I was still hired)
-Hiring email process, they do all the paperwork with a website so you dont have to go in and do it. I still need to go in and bring my Social card though. Starting wage is 9.15 hourly. min wage but whatever its a job until I have my massage license and I can always work here and move up until I get a secure future job.
Can also give tips on interview process for Starbucks, Wholefoods, safeway grocery stores(meat departments), Seoul Sausage Co.(asian restaurant), round table pizza, Big 5, True Value, Denny's (cook), Mitsuwa Market (japanese market), I think thats everything.
Im working my way out of the minority Bro's, Im not going to be working min wage jobs forever anymore. Im going to college and working a min wage job just to give me some cash right now and free dental cleanings and eye exams. I will pursue the NASM cert also so I will be a MT and PT. I will start off by Massaging though because its bigger money then starting off in a gym as a PT. I will then pursue a Physical Therapy Assistant Cert so that I can have the knowledge to be sustainable for all three area's and my goal is to use all three skill sets so that people would get a one-stop visit for help with their needs. To be able to help people whether they are an athlete or want to become an athlete, need rehabilitation from a surgery or accident, or a Therapy massage to also help the body recover to its full ROM or improper alignment. I donno but I'll see where these studies will take me, I can always just do Massages because it makes good money, plus tips.
Love life is still haywire, not showing interest for that girl with a kid anymore. She is still married, just got here from the Phillipines and her stories just dont add up. I am talking to her like a friend now and leaving my options open. I am over that phase of falling in love with women just because they are beautiful, I can see now why people are so much into dating and playing games. It gets boring looking for that right person. I know this after only two girls i have tried to start a relationship with. It just doesnt work if you are there only for the sex or have not the same views, no matter how a-like you are. I think having the same views of life is a big key to a successful relationship and potential life partner. I made friends at college, one of them said to start dating without having sex, I honestly do not ever want to jack off anymore after having sex so much with my ex and this new girl. Masturbating is so boring to me. I could be like other guys and just sleep around, have one nighters but its not me. I will just keep trying to find a relationship and if sex happens fast again, ya know I dont care, Its a potential relationship and im going to see where it goes because I know its not just a one night stand. I have had one for the experience and I cant cum if I dont have feelings for them.
