Alright so I have my book of soccer drills that I'll be doing for agility training but now that I'm getting back into soccer I need to brush up on agility and conditioning rather then strength.

Anybody have any agility drills they did/remember that don't require a lot of equipment? I have most general stuff like pylons, gates, steps, etc; and it doesn't have to be sport specific.

Just looking for a mix of ideas/thoughts so I can add some variety.
