squats coming along decent (although i suck at high reps. usually work in 2-5 range except for light days 10-15)
maxed 285 yesterday on skwats...starting to get more comfortable and my form is 100x better than it used to be...im slowly getting used to higher weights trying not to get psyched out by how heavy it feels on your shoulders...depth is good as far as i know (ive asked a few people who actally know what theyre doing and they said my form and depth is actually great). been doing squats 3-4x a week to keep mobility good along with sumo deadlifts 3-4x a week (of course i dont go heavy every workout, just light on some days to hammer away at form). heels still raised on plates...cant seem to get over that mobility issue but dont wanna buy oly shoes

csb ik. how many inches are the heels raised in olympic shoes? if i phrased the question right

i feel like it would change mine too. i dont even know how to pick a size or brand im clueless with those shoes. i'd rather not buy them online so i can see how i even like the feel first and make sure they fit

Just do dat research.

The Nike Romaleos are true to size, meaning they fit like any other nikes. Also were the national weightlifting shoe in the Olympics for team China and team USA (Defs China not sure bout USA).

Adipowers - narrow fitting
Romaleos -wider feet

Are probably the upper favorites

Do wins and others are in a distant second from what I've read

Yeah I have tried, no thx Jeff.

Raised heel makes it easier to squat, but harder to DL, it's like the equivalent of doing a slight deficit deadlift

Not sure why you seem ashamed by it. More than me.
