Had my follow up after the MRI today finally. Kinda cool getting to see all the torn ligaments. Found out I have a crazy amount of bone bruising, which is gonna add an additional 2-4 weeks of PT. But also some kind of cartilage issue? Don't remember the name of it. But the bones scraping against each other scraped off most of the cartilage on the tip of the bone that connects to my foot. Looks like it's gonna be awhile before I can do leg day
