Been working out on and off for about 3 years

Always have to put it on hold for some reason and then I get lazy and won't go for a month then I'll start for 3 months until something else comes up. (Vacations, laziness, injuries, tattoos etc.) I just got started on my sleeve so I've been out for 2 weeks considering starting tomorrow (gotta look up if I can start yet).

Goal:
Gain muscle mass while gaining least possible fat, maybe even cut down some chub.

234, 6'3'', 19 y/o

Flat bench max around 315x4
Squat 225 6 times at the end of my squat sesh (never really maxed out)

Bf around 28% looking to shred that down to about 17 not looking to be too cut (as I'm after the kinda bulky look, yet we'll defined)

I will post my current routine if you guys want to see what I'm working with.

Also around how many calories/carbs/brotiens should I be taking in? Protein shake before or after workout, or before bed?

Search "TDEE Calculator" for caloric needs.

I'd post up your current routine, it may not even need changing. Consistency is your problem most likely.
