I know I can probably do a quick google search, but I don't feel like looking through shit, so here it is:

A co-worker of mine just competed strongman at Nationals in Reno last week. Didn't make the classic. I'm curious if anyone knows the placing needed in order to qualify.
Haven't talked to him since the comp, so I have no idea how close he actually came to making it.

Any clues as to what it takes to qual for AC?

I guess you have to compete in Americas Strongest Man and place good.

Being a pro is also a must I believe.

Well I remember he said something about certain placements earning your card and landing a spot in AC. I just don't remember what the placing was.

Pretty high I guess based on the names in it + US has like half of the spots IIRC.
If top tier says no they might go lower?
