I'm 6'5, 265. 25 Years old. I've let my health go to shit over the last few years.
I've started running and eating as healthy as I can, over the last 2 weeks.
I Work 40-50 hours a week, in a warehouse where I walk upward of 20+ miles a day.
After work I run around my neighborhood.
If I'm eating decently healthy and just running, what kind of results should I see?
Will just running be enough to slim down? I don't have time to hit the gym right now.
Can anyone recommend simple things I can take to work to eat. I usually eat out in my car, seeing as the warehouse is full of mexicans and crazy people.
Any tips to help me along this path would be great as well.

just saying you "eat healthy" and "run" without giving proper quantification can't be used indicatively of any changes. you may be eating too little and see no change other than fatigue. you may still be eating enough to not get leaner, or even get fatter.

going to the gym isn't a requisite, you can lose weight even as a desk job holder who sits all day long. see why, by what i said above.
planning a meal plan, gauging energy balance and figuring out just how much you expend to get a ballpark deficit is what you need to do.

counting calories is important. calories in vs calories out.
