OK I DO LAT PULLDOWN MACHINE

AND SOME PULL-UPS

GOOD DAY - 20 PULL UP
BAD DAY - 5 PULL UPS

BUT MY RIGHT SIDE LATS GROWS, MY LEFT SIDE GROWS SO LITTLE
IN ALL OF MY EXERCISE, I MADE SURE I WAS DOING STRAIGHT, FRIEND EVEN WONDERED WHY.

ALL IN ALL, IT'S NOT PROPORTIONATE.

PLS HELP HOW TO MAKE IT SAME SIZE.

Isolate and go lighter, your form probably sucks which is causing your dominant side to do most of the work.

For isolation, try one arm lat pulldowns, generally if you want things even, train the bigger one less and the smaller one the same amount as usual, not really more you don't want to strain yourself.
