My outer and mid, mid-upper chest is doing well but my lower and inner/upper chest needs help and I think I should start implementing decline presses and or flies?

And what's this mean: aesthetic personal trainer brings his sexy female clients (I swear all his clients are 8+/10) behind closed doors for 30 min or so and when they come out of the door she leaves the gym. I swear sometimes I don't even see any training going on lol

He's seeing if he can get them $1000-$5000 a day

O.o do you do all 3 types of chest movements on chest day? That'd be too much for me. I'll stick with doing flat first and I'll just replace my usual incline press and flyes with decline movements

wtf you talking about there are only two muscles in the chest: pectoralis major and pectoralis minor.
