Ripped guy at gym doing ab exercises

Fat guy walks up and proceeds to tell him "why bother doing abs? Everything you do you're flexing your core (touches his rolls of fat...)

Ripped guy says "yes, I can see that.. Clearly it's working for you, keep it up"


Why do fat people tell others how to exercise and eat right ?! Why are all the fucking PT at my gym and dietitians all fat and out of shape?! What the fuck sense does that make

its true that most trainers I've seen are in moderate to not that great shape. shouldn't be training others if you can't even practice what ya preacccchhhh but some people are just good with people don't need to be ripped to get dem noobs

No only are they not physiologically impressive, they most of the time don't know shit.
Yesterday I was squatting, and a young dude came and asked me how many I had left, I said I just started but that he can train inbetween.
He put a bench behind him and proceeded to back off from the rack woobling like a mofo with 140kg (which is 40 kg for him).
He went down fast as hell and sat on the bench and said help me dude. Luckily I looked at him and saw him turning his head towards me slightly becuase I was bumping the bass and didn't hear shit.

After I helped him I asked why he trains like this. He told me he had a legit PT friend who taught him to do that excercise with heavy wheights.

He must of thought strong at first because i was repping at 160 ass-to-the-ground and I'm alot bigger than he is.
