I go to your typical Gold's Gym so I have access to their equipment offered. I'm looking for a good shoulder workout. I'm not too knowledgable on actual terms, but I can look them up on youtube to see what exactly is recommended.

also, with shoulders, what other muscle group is good to incorporate?

Lately I've been trying to keep chest & tris together, back & bis together, and then legs to themselves.

I've built my arms pretty well (& easily) and want to start looking a little more proportionate.

I'm about six foot and 190 lbs.

for a full shoulder day including rear delts?

something like this

standing barbell overhead press
seated db press/arnold press
front plate raises
upright rows
lat raises
medial delt raises
rear delt flyes seated or bent over.

pick and choose.

for the pure purpose of mass, stick to incline oriented chest days and supplement with abductions / rear flyes.

I dont know the names of most of them, but military-press, shrugs, standing flies, straight up flies are great.

also, do chest together with shoulders.
