Any ideas how to tone your muscles without bulking up. I wanna get stronger but I dont want to add to much bulk to weigh me down. Any ideas what exercises to do beside rock climbing because I already do that.
As of now I do sit ups: 50, pull ups: 10, push ups: 30, and climbing about 3 times a week.

to bulk up you need to eat...you won't bulk up if you don't eat a lot...if you are in deficit or eating at maintenance you can still get stronger.

just do body weight exercises.. lots of pull ups / chins. would also work on your grip strength too

Pretty much this.

Get a lifting routine, just don't lift until failure and use the heaviest weight you can -- these things will make you grow.
