Are you tired of doing the same cardio routine of merely running on the treadmill for x # of minutes?Not only will I be keeping track of my personal improvised 10-15 minutes cardio sessions, but it is encouraged you post some of your favorite or newly designed routines tooLet's explore the FUN side of doing cardio. It does not have to be redundant.Please keep this thread clean of spam, flaming, etc.
I will start with what I did yesterday:
Renegade man makers AMRAP 5 mins
Body weight pull ups AMRAP 5 mins
Jump ropes AMRAP 5 mins
6.5 incline @ 5.5 mph for 5 mins
5 min cooldown and stretch
