On second thought I think I'll just stick to calorie control and leave my macros as they are.

iirc, the gist of what i got was

below 12-13% bf, refeed every week

above 14% bf, refeed every 2ish weeks

isn't lyle mcdonalds ultimate fat loss thing based around this
