could only watch from 8:00min on for like 2 minutes...just pisses me off...that epitomizes the exact reason i hate crossfit..it is pretty much the only reason, really
you DO NOT olympic lift for fatigue..it defeats the intended purpose of those lifts and is a surefire way to cause unnecessary injuries..highly technical lift + explosive lift + fatigue = stupidity
