it started with i had a pretty nasty cough and my chest hurts,then it progressed to im warm but feel cold, now my whole body aches not super bad or anything but enough to be an annoyance? is this the flu? or any suggestions on what i should do?

Is your throat sore/swollen lymph nodes? I went to the doctor today for the same thing minus the chest pain. Just sounds like a little flu. Mine was tonsillitis.
