Post your daily struggles of what you miss eating most. Encourage one another with progress pictures. Give advice.

Started 9/14 at 180

Current 172

6'0 tall measured at 23% body fat about a month ago. I have been working out for a few months now, but with bad eating habits. I have gotten stronger, a few people have said my arms increased in size. But my pot belly and flab chest showed me where that 23% was at. So now I've cut out sodas, and sweets. My favorites. I had a roll under my chest/breast w/e that is gone already (if I looked in the mirror after sitting for a while I could see a red line). I'm hoping my belly will continue to shrink. I am seeing my abs better already.

I'm going to go with that once I get this belly off me. But this seems to be the fastest approach. I have a problem with portion control.

i miss pasta, rice, fruit, instant noodles, fries, burgers, honey garlic chicken wings, lasagna, butter chicken, I MISS BREAD/SANDWICHES SO FKING MUCH, avacados, sushi, ribs, nuts, pineapple..... so much...

I'm with you man. I haven't had over 30-40 carbs a day and that is mostly (carmel) rice cakes to somewhat help my sweet/crunch tooth.

I've lost almost 45lbs in the last 4 months but I think I look exactly the same. I have lost a good bit of strength but I don't really care about that.

I don't miss eating anything to be honest. I eat the same means every day and as count every macro. I generally only eat 2 meals and am completely happy with my diet.

@madmargdegan happiness is key. I'm sure your knees and other internal parts thank you for the 45 pound shed. Maybe you'll see a difference on the outside soon if that is what you are aiming for.
