Idk why, I was never able to eat breakfast, much less drink water, everything just seems so nasty, and as soon as I take 2 bites of something, doesnt matter what it is, I get a quick "full" feeling, like my stomach feels weird, I can only eat about 3 hours after I wake up when I really start getting hungry.. What is this?

Stomach shrinks overnight due to fasting.

I just drink water immediately after waking up, wait like 20-30 min (ideally) for my appetite to increase.

Eat something soft like a fruit.

Then eat something heavy after your stomach distends.

I have always had the exact same thing. Interesting.

When I as worried about getting breakfast 8n, I would make smoothies and sip on them until I had an appetite, which seemed to speed up the process.

I do fasted training, i fking love it, wake up gym, p/wo shake, eat meal, prep mael for work, work, home, poker/episode of bob's burgers while having a few eggs/casein shake, bed.
