I think the routine I'm on now doesnt fit me anymore.
Could someone tell me a good routine for endurance training (around 15reps per set) and can be done in 4 dans/week.
Why I want to change is because I always feel tired so gotta get more endurance + id like to get more vascular :)

feeling tired could be a manifestation of poor micro profile, irregular sleeping patterns or high work/daily stress. fix any of those, a routine swap won't do this for you.
plus high rep routines don't make you more vascular.

My arms are pretty low in BF and i have close to no veins in them

/e but the deceiving part are legs. Its been close to 1 year that Im training them 2-3 times a week and not even one

well you must be a special case of low bf no vascularity

turn yourself into NIH for proper testing

report back to us with results
