Broke my ankle last night playing Ultimate Frisbee, and tore the 3 ligaments as well. Takes me like 15 minutes just to get out of my chair and to the bathroom to pee now.

Oh bro why do you play such a rough high contact sport? What's the point it's like anti gains. How the Hell are you supposed to make ANY gains when you get injured all the time. Stick to less physical sports maybe chess if you want to actually progress with lifting

chess is brutal. it's so physically demanding that fischer had to take up swimming to prepare him for the chess board. sitting still for 6 hours for a single game with intense nonstop focus is no joke.

Insensitive as hell.

Good luck Snazzy, I wish you the best in recovery. Absolutely do not do what I did post-injury and make sure you keep going to the gym, even if all you can do is upperbody. Be EXTREMELY rigid with the diet as well, don't let yourself gain all the weight back that you worked so hard to lose.

If you haven't noticed yet snazzy has the mental prowess of a true genius. Intense focus is not one of his weaknesses. Physical injury avoidence is what he must concentrate on, no more mindless barbaric frisbee games

Playing night ultimate with a light up frisbee. Running full speed to catch a throw and stepped perfectly in a hole and rolled my ankle completely upside down. Heard and felt the snap. My buddy heard the snap from 20 feet away
