ok its very annoying every day when clock hits about 4 pm i start to crash, i zone out and just want to fall a sleep, i get back home from work and go to bed for 1 hour ... i just don't get why its happening.

i go to bed quite early, i get 7-8 hours of sleep at night and i sleep very well. I train thai boxing pretty much every day, that can be exhausting but i get lots of rest after and i dont think this got anything to do with it

coffee or energy drinks never work on me so that wont help me stay up... any ideas ?

let me guess.... you have lots of bread/pasta for lunch around 1-2pm

you know what it crossed my mind that my food may have something to do with it. I cant say that im eating lots of pasta/bread at lunch but my meals not exactly very healthy. They not big but deffo not healthy.

if my blood sugar is dropping what should i eat to get it up ?

If you're training you need to maintain a proper nutritious diet, period.

Make changes to your diet and see if it changes.
Drink more water, at least a gallon a day
Eat more fruits for natural sugars (grapes, apples, oranges, etc.)

Stay away from coffee / energy drinks, when you come down from the caffeine high you crash, exactly like you're having happen.

Having a black coffee pre workout is not the same as constantly drinking it throughout the work week and developing a dependency. Replace it with water and you will see a big difference.

thx for tip, im gonna try doing that. I usually have a good diet its just my lunch times i get very lazy to prepare anything and just get some easy crap from shop. Im gonna change it hopefully it will stop me from falling a sleep

Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
