So this guy at my gym told me to cycle my protein for better gains.. I had a amazing time in the gym but now I have been loosing muscle ever since he tried it. Been on the protein cycle for about 4 weeks now.. is it my metabolism or what the hell is wrong? im trying to gain muscle..

What on earth is a protein cycle ? and why on earth are you doing it.

Similar to carb cycle, only need to refuel on protein once a week, n1 gains, much muscles, much good.

There is only 1 time to cycle protein
And it is on carbohydrate refeed days.
Even then it's really not necessary but if there is a time to make diet easier and eat less meat that day and get some ice cream bananas pineapple juice in the system over dreading to eat more meat.. it gives it a break. Also helps your digestive system clear up a little.. and you're definitely not over stuffed.. overall it feels nice I did my first proper refeed a few days ago and that worked out well
Just consume 50 or 100g less. You're not gonna go catabolic those days
Also you only need 1g per bodyweight... protein is too overrated but don't skimp out on consistency getting it in everyday and the quality of it too... pasteurized egg whites over whey protein ANYDAY.
The past year I've cut a lot of bloat.. I only trust All max nutrition isoflex and even then I don't use it much...
If I practiced what I preached I'd look a million better but happy wife happy life.. and wifey loves yum yum.. and me love yum yum...

I have a brand new container of whey isolate at my house that I have yet to open. It's been sitting there for weeks now. Idk why but I've decided to take a break from the stuff for a while. I haven't seen any impact on my workouts as of yet...I'm not even eating that much protein as a substitute either.
I think I shit a lot more when I'm on whey.

Nah, see since you only need like 50g of protein a day according to FDA, you just eat 350g on the weekend and all set! n1 bro scientist at work here.
