Also any tips for studying? Just signed my bio-med major and feeling a little overwhelmed.

He's right, the more you do, the better you get

They say once you do 10,000 hours of something, u become a master

Ive clocked close to 40,000 hours fapping so you could say I'm pretty good, considering I can now finish in 20 rapid fire strokes in about 6-7 seconds

The hours are going up slowly now that I'm concentrating on speed fapping, perhaps hourly rates do not correlate so well with performance

For instance, if I fapped for longer (more time under tension) but fewer faps (less reps) novices could more easily reach master stage

The best thing is to have a set time where you study.

7-9 every day or some shit like that.

For studying, review your notes after class for at least 30 min - 1 hour.

If you don't want to do that, at least cover the topics you went over for the day during night time for 1 hour and you'll retain a lot more info.

oh yeah i'm the best at studying ever
  • do NOT multi task... focus on your studies
  • take breaks often
  • focus hard for 20-40 minutes, then take a 5-10 min break and go outside
  • chew gum
  • review (skim notes) the morning before test
