So I just started running again to get in better shape for an event in a month. This is my third day in a row running, and my right knee started hurting while running. Should I just keep running and quit being a pussy? Or give it a break.

if you haven't run for 2 months or more and now you're running above average or near maximum pace only run 1-2 miles per day EVERY other day until your knee feels better
further long distance and fast pace will futher injure your knee, take 3 days off and just do upper body workouts if your knee gets worse or feels really bad right now
