probly nothing real in the ingredients also, besides highly refined sodium (salt) and a billion types of sugars to give you diebeetus.

you name it, anything packaged or made in america will contain 500% more salt and suger(in over 5plus highly chemically induced or refined forms) then is needed. Even in freshly made at restaurants.

I dont really eat at american places, just foreign restaurants and cook at home from scratch

cook rice

chop desired vegetables while rice cooks - onions, garlic, carrots, celery, peas, snow peas, sprouts, and peppers are all good candidates

add oil of your choice to pan and cook chicken (or pork, or shrimp, or beef, or tofu, or all of it together, whatever)

once the selected protein(s) is nearly done, add the chopped vegetables from above and saute together with the chicken until desired tenderness (or translucent for the onion and garlic)

push all ingredients in the pan to one side of the pan and crack an egg on the opposite side, then scramble the egg (you do know how to make scrambled eggs, right?)

add the cooked rice on top and incorporate everything together

drizzle soy sauce over top and incorporate once again (a teaspoon or so of sugar can add a little balance as well), then continue stirring over heat for the soy sauce to absorb for a nice brown color and the rice to fry up a bit

boom, homemade delicious fried rice and you can make huge batches for left overs (this was one of the things I used to carry around in a cooler to school with me)
