Quit taking pictures of people in the gym and posting them without their consent.

I don't care if they're doing one legged quarter squats on a kettlebell or squatting 495 ATG.

It's annoying to see people bash each other via pictures on a daily basis. Weightlifters are some of the most friendly/nice people on the planet. We help each other improve and challenge each other to reach our goals.

Anyone who is bashing someone for trying to better themselves isn't a true weightlifter.

I took. Video of this old guy a few days ago he was like this 60 yr old decrepid fuck who was telljng me i was lifting wrong, as he wound 2 of those big rubber band things around.the safety on the smith machine to "keep the metal from bending" this stupid fuck then loaded around 300lbs on it, got into a seated shoulder press positipn, and pushed as hard as he could, the bar didnt move he yhen added more weight wrote something down and did his next set... he did the same with cgbp and 1 shrug..... i got 3 videos i thought it was funny....

Let them do what they're gonna do. You've gotta be better than that.

Just remember in 2 years when he's still doing the same stuff you'll be lifting a lot more weight and be feeling great.

Just smile and nod when people give you unwanted "advice" is what I've found works best. In a few months they'll be the ones asking YOU for advice.
