Let them do what they're gonna do. You've gotta be better than that.
Just remember in 2 years when he's still doing the same stuff you'll be lifting a lot more weight and be feeling great.
Just smile and nod when people give you unwanted "advice" is what I've found works best. In a few months they'll be the ones asking YOU for advice.
