i think all of them serve the same purpose so whatever's cheapest for you will likely be the best. a quick google showed that walmart has them for like 3.40$ if they're in stock near you. IMO grip training varies depending on what it is you're intending to do with grip. IE: grip for deadlift vs. grip for grappling

which would then be followed by the most effective way to program your grip work. ie: farmer's carry vs. grippers vs. rack pull holds, etc.

I think those cheap grippers would be fine then, assuming you already do deadlifts and pull ups. You sure you want bigger forearms? they're gonna make your biceps look smaller lmao :rofl:

Deadlifts, weighed pull ups, heavy bench, dumbbell shoulder presses, curls, etc.

If you're doing all those correctly your grip strength should be good enough, especially if you use chalk
