And I got a cramp in my throat/under my shin? Was freakin weird feeling

Sometimes I get a cramp in my mid back when doing bench press

stretch more regularly and warmup entire body instead of "just" the muscle part youre training.

Ive had cramps under my chin before from squats. Nothing new. It happens. Go eat a banana lol
