Let's spike up this wasteland of trolls, scrawns, old school lurkers and the occasional lifter we call H&F.
The contest is pretty simple;
Deadlift twice your bodyweight for as many reps as you can. If this is too much for you, feel free to enter at 1.5x or even bodyweight. All entrants will be eligible to win the random prize;
Rules:
- The contest is open from September 8th to October 8th inclusive.
- In the video, we must see you weight yourself. If you suck at video editing, just take a separate video for the weight-in and the deadlifting.
- Every rep must come to a complete stop at the bottom (no bouncing)
- No more than 3 seconds at the bottom between reps.
- No hiking reps will be accepted
- No shoes required
- straps and belt are aloud.
- Judging will be up to me. However I'm entering this myself also, so please volunteer if you want to judge mine according to the outlined rules above.
Prize:
I'll give a bunch of FG to the top 3, plus one random entrant will win some FG (so enter all!)
I'll also take donations to make the winner pot bigger.
