A lot of weight loss seekers have this misconception that the easiest way to lose weight is by going through excruciating gym lectures, and by starving themselves to death. That is old school. Tell them to wake up, this is 21st century. A natural and herbal diet pill is all that is required. Dont forget, God created herbs for man's consumption....

lol i actually seen a segment in the news tonight about 'thinking your way skinny'


literally had some woman talk about how she used to be fat, and through the power of thinking of herself being skinny etc, she lost the weight.. no exercise needed, just sit on the couch and think about it!

I prefer regular activity and eating 5-6 small meals a day, but hey, it's ok to be a fatty who is lazy as fuck wishing you could be skinny and healthy.

The human body was designed to work. It wasn't designed to sit and waste away, nor was it designed to consume absurd amounts of food. It's extremely efficient when it's doing what it was supposed to.
