becoming a little wiser or educated after reading those sites and like 5 more articles, if not by bad hygene, teeth and gum problems are often caused by bacteria which also leans in a way towards hygene.

mouth problems including bad tooth placement and jaw dysfunction like tmj, (which i have, caused by the prior after braces,) seem to be able to inflict problems all over the body spamming from headaches/dizzyness and hearing/vision loss to crooking of the spine and limpness so taking tooth problems into consideration might save a lot of nerve trying to figure out why youre sick

my gums and teeth have been better, sensitivity kicks in from time to time but overall it's been ok. i havent tried the coconut method and as a matter of fact i'm holding the coconut oil jar in my hand right now while typing with the other and i'm about to try the suggested methods and will let you know the results.

the suggested link from the previous topic

btw, any suggestions for joint problems like tmj? yoga seems to be a solution but i dont know any yoga for the jaw. massage and physical therapies i guess?

God bless you. I have tmj on the right side. I got into a fight and was punched on that side. My right side feels extremely stiff and sore after waking up. It generally feels less stiff throughout the day. I get neck and shoulder soreness due to the muscles trying to help out I assume. I also grind my teeth at night. Never had that issue before the fight. TMJ is a serious problem. I wish you well.

Its called a TMD. TMJ refers to the actual joint in the jaw. Idk why everyone always says "I have TMJ"

That is correct. Most people refer to it as TMJ. But D is for the actual disorder. Glad you could give that great insight.
