I am 6'5, 245 currently, 27 y/o. I work in a kitchen almost 7 nights a week, sometimes 14 hours a day. I never have time or the energy to motivate myself enough to go to a gym or work out at home.
I can cut some weight by dieting, protein shakes, not eating high carb foods, junk foods, etc. I just figured with doing this, I would start seeing some better results from just sweating my ass off all day at work. But, apparently that isn't enough. Especially when one cheat day destroys my progress. Working in a kitchen provides quite the temptation to eat some pretty delicious, but unhealthy foods. I have a feeling that my metabolism is pretty slow to begin with, but I honestly don't know. My goal is 200. But, that feels a long ways away. The lowest I got down to was about 225 on this diet, then fucked it all up with dropping off the diet a couple months ago.
I guess I am just looking for some tips on how to have the energy to go to a gym or do some working out after a long ass day/week at work. All I want to do when I get home is relax and sleep.
Thanks guys.
