Inexperience cutter checking in. Show me the ropes por favor. I will be getting surgery in 2 months time, meaning no gym time for me for a while. I'm afraid to pig out so better start an early cut

-What to eat?
-How much to eat?
-Any generic plans available?

My best advice to you from a guy that has learned by his mistakes: read this guide until you fully understand it, or hire a personal trainer to handwrite you a failsafe mealplan to avoid you loosing muscle.

I need to retain as much muscle mass as possible. I'm already running low as it is. inb4 skinnyfat jokes ^^

I've tried before to just cut down on my meal sizes but I've always failed.

Literally a thread on the first page.. Saying "I want to train you".

But he's looking for long term training, and with your upcoming surgery I don't know how that'll work out.

But post up in Raynor's help thread, he'll give you a diet and such to cut.

Yea having your ass cut open and sewn back together kind of makes you not wanna go to the gym and do squats or any seated exercises for a while lol. Had knee surgery a few years ago so running is also not an option and biking will be out of the question for some time as well.
