Doing legs twice a week now to stop the Doms.

I've been doing the same workout both days which I am certain I shouldn't but I'm not certain what to do instead.

Leg workout (only working sets listed)

4x Back Squat 8-12 Reps
4x Leg Press 8-12 Reps
4x Leg Extension 8-12 Reps
4x SL Deadlift 8-12 Reps
4x Leg Curl 8-12 Reps
4x Straight Leg Calf Raise 20-25 Reps

Focus on hams one day and quads the other. Keep squats each day.

This sounds good.

Any recommendations on how to run each day?

Havent been around this forum but it depends what you're going for.

I'd recommend start one with squats / whatever you want as well, and the other with deadlifts / whatever additional.

No clue what you're going for so meh
