And why only two days?
cuz it's all you need, either do 2 heavy days of abs, or just do a very short ab workout daily, abs are a muscle you can train pretty often, but i prefer just to do a nice amount of volume after back/leg day for em.
idk about cardio cuz idk your goals, i just don't do cardio because fk that, cardio is for prey...
