I hit Abs every day except for the day before back. Don't wanna risk injury deadlifting with a sore core

cuz it's all you need, either do 2 heavy days of abs, or just do a very short ab workout daily, abs are a muscle you can train pretty often, but i prefer just to do a nice amount of volume after back/leg day for em.

idk about cardio cuz idk your goals, i just don't do cardio because fk that, cardio is for prey...

2-3 days of cardio would be good, nothing crazy that you should need a separate day for it doe

abs 2-3x a week, don't forget they're a muscle too.. don't need to be training them too frequently, unless you're doing multiple light days which is gay

If u wanna be toned / look like a runner go 3 x week
If u wanna look like u lift but not hulk strong 4 x week
If ur trying to look like a bodybuilder go 5 x week (must have protein shakes)
If ur trying to go pro in bodybuilding go 6 x week (creatine becomes a neccessity here)
If yr trying to break powerlifting records or win Mr Olympia etc train 7 x week

honestly mediocre ab workouts 5-6 times a week doesnt hurt your body at all. i do cardio 3-4 times a week using HIIT intervals and it works amazing, increases your short and long distances
