iirc nmu said it could be good (depending on the intensity), to increase blood flow and remove metabolites - as a passive recovery


i guess it depends on your goals, what youve just trained and how you plan to do it

Eat enough calories to cover up what you did for cardio unless of course you're cutting.

Just walk 1-2 hours a day every day. Has zero impact on your gains and has a huge impact on your health.
