what do you do with your chest day?
also just upped my c4 to 2 scoops.. my hands are buzzing.

If i did 3-4 sets for those ill superset dips and low to high cable flyes, if i did 5 ill just do dips

you do triceps with chest?
if so do you add abs in afterwards?

bench press and then lots and lots of cable flies if you want #swolesecrets2014

Ya, unless its a push day then shoulders aswell, i rarely train abs, sometimes if.im feeling good after back or leg day i'll do some hanging leg raises or window wipers or w/e

If you're looking for advice, what are your goals? Strength, power, hypertrophy, aesthetic stuff??

My chest days are a b*tch for most people. Bench presses, loads of push-ups and dips. Abs, too. But my fitness goals are probably not like yours.
